Hello Friends and Family welcome to my website my name is Christine Joyce and I’m a plus-sized gym goer, indoor plant lover and dog lover here in Redcliffe Peninsula Willing to help you on your Journey of self-love and self-care,I’m a big believer of self Love and Self-care.

I have completed my Cert IV in Massage Therapy with the Australian Institute of Fitness and qualified as a Massage Therapist in 2022 .

With my Training and knowledge, I’m able to combine Relaxation Massage and Deep Tissue as one They both help you to reduce your mental stress reduce chronic pain and also improve your posture.

My vision as a massage therapist is to help you leave my place more recharged, Relax and feel GOOOD about yourself.

Self-care Meaning : the practice of taking an active role in protecting one's well-being and happiness, particularly during stress.

But how you take care of yourself means different things to different people. Some enjoy their alone time with a spa night in a bubble bath, listening to their favourite music and sipping a nice glass of wine (or a refreshing, healthy drink). Others enjoy getting pampered or having a massage, going out in nature and enjoying the fresh air while hiking or biking, clearing their minds and some prefer to spend time with their closest family and friends to reset their emotions.
